Sourcing is no longer a “once and done” endeavor.  The days of five, seven and even ten year contracts are a thing of the past - and thank heavens.  In a market that got our attention with RPA, responded to the pandemic with Digital, educated us with Future of Work, intrigued us with the Metaverse and now captivates us with Generative AI, enterprises must act quickly but many are struggling to keep up. The shifting business environment requires new sourcing models.   There is help in sight through research, collaboration with SMEs, and strategic partnerships.  We will examine some of those market changing best practices.
