Raj Ranganatha, is currently working at Carnival Cruise Lines as a Director of Strategic Sourcing. Prior to joining Carnival, Raj has 20+ years of global experience in Fortune 50 companies across diversified industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Automotive and Airline. Raj has wide-ranging experience in both Direct - Indirect spend categories Strategic sourcing, Financial analysis, Sourcing Digitization, Product Development & Analysis, End-to-End supply chain and driven the company to various cost reduction initiatives, adapting to efficient process by enabling the right sourcing/procurement/project management IT tool across various groups within the company.

Raj has earned his Bachelor Engineering degree from Mysore University in India and a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and Operations Research from Case Western University, Cleveland, Ohio. He is an active member of the Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) at both the local Dallas Chapter and national level.
