Todd Dreger is a firm partner and president of ISG GovernX. He guides businesses that are undergoing digital transformations to more effectively manage their third-party relationships, outside supplier performance and bottom-line expenses. He also never misses an opportunity to teach clients how emerging technology can solve seemingly unfixable problems.
A part of ISG since 2007, Todd has taken a holistic and hands-on approach to advising clients by combining his sourcing expertise, history as a service provider and capacity to deliver practical yet creative solutions. As a result, their businesses experience operational effectiveness, revenue growth and an average cost savings of 35%. His notable engagements have included helping a global hotel chain increase its market value by making its IT organization the linchpin of the entire business and advising a global entity on the implementation of transformative digital practices to eradicate outdated, cumbersome manual processes.
Prior to his current position, Todd was the president of ISG’s Americas Markets, where he led the expansion of the firm’s business development efforts. When he first joined ISG in 2007, he was the firm’s chief marketing and strategy officer. He has advised ISG clients in India, Israel, Eastern Europe and Central, North and South Americas.
Todd earned an MBA in management information systems from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BBA in strategic management from the University of North Texas.
