Daniela Petrovic serves as Responsable Transformation IA at The Adecco Group. At the beginning of her career, Daniela was responsible for operations department in French multinationals, positioned between business and finance. Then in 2018, she became COO of a tech startup in the HR field (QAPA) that doubled in size every year. This startup was acquired by ADECCO, where Daniela is in charge of AI transformation today, meaning acting as the bridge between business needs and technology to provide AI solutions for ADECCO's 8,000 employees.
